As a second time bride, I had a clear picture of what I wanted my LAST wedding day to be.
My wedding planner was a great listener and helped me to flesh out ideas. She secured a private home on the water with gorgeous grounds and a breath taking view for my ceremony and reception; she then contacted vendors and handled negotiations to make all my wishes reality!
The ‘must haves’ that I had requested were quickly arranged along with some extra touches I hadn’t had the time to think of with my busy schedule.
The day arrived – overcast with rain predicted, but my personal planner had it all covered with ‘plan b’ to hold the entire day inside the beautiful historic home. The bedroom had been set up as a dressing area for me and the other attendants; as we got ready for the ceremony the sun broke through and arrangements were quickly made to move us outside by the water!
The first note sounded of the music I had chosen and the wedding was underway. The flowers were fragrant and abundant lining the aisle and at the end of it stood my fiancé and a Justice of the Peace under a flower adorned arbor. It was a romantic, perfect day from the I Do’s to the last bite of fabulous wedding cake!
As I was packing up and leaving for my honeymoon, I heard all that had transpired since the early morning. There was a power outage for several hours before I arrived, then the Justice of the Peace canceled due to a family emergency. My wedding planner took it all in stride, picked up her cell phone and in her usual imperturbable manner arranged for a new Justice of the Peace (who was fitting us in before he officiated his son’s baseball game) and found alternate sources of energy – though the power returned before I arrived. I guess I should have noticed that the Justice of the Peace was in shorts and sneakers, but with everything so overwhelmingly perfect, who cared?!
My wedding day was stress free (for me!), beautiful and exceeded anything we could have imagined. Thank you Créatif for making our dreams come true!

I was one of those brides who thought I could do it all myself. Big mistake! Although I enjoyed planning and creating the many aspects of my wedding, I wish I had at least hired a wedding planner for the day of! I put so much effort into the planning of my "big day" , but a lot of it was not implemented and it was very disappointing. For example, after spending hundreds of dollars on a candy table, the caterer left and the remaining staff was unaware that it was supposed to be set up and it went out late. I didn't want to spend my wedding day dealing with all of the details. I wanted to relax and enjoy my wedding reception! If I had it to do over again, I would hire a professional to handle the itinerary, deliver gift baskets, and stay at the reception to make to ensure everything turns out as planned . It would have been well worth it so I could relax and enjoy the most important day of my life!
Andrea's work is exceptional and her organizational skills unsurpassed. I highly recommend Créatif for a very unique, beautiful and stress free wedding.
